Do You take insurance?
Yes, I am in-network with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, United, Oxford, Optum, and Tricare.
What If I have different insurance?
If I’m not in network with your insurance plan, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company. Before booking an appointment, I suggest calling the number on the back of your insurance card to inquire about your “out of network” therapy benefits. Most PPO plans will reimburse you for my services after you have met your deductible. always double-check with your plan. For cash pay, my fee is $185 an hour.

Adults, Adolescents (age 12 and up), and Couples.
How long are Therapy sessions?
Sessions are 53 minutes.
How long Can I Expect Therapy to take?
Therapy is best done with at least a 12-week commitment. After this, we can discuss next steps.
Do you see clients in person?
Yes. I see client Virtually on Mondays and Tuesdays and In-Person at my office in Mission Valley on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
